What’s Required to Initiate the Process
Step 1. If you have any ideas and thoughts, please contact us by email, phone or visit our showroom 59 Parramatta road Annandale. Our experienced staff will incorporate your ideas and current kitchen layout to design a kitchen plan. our latest 3D computer modeling design software can show you the finalized products. Then we will give an initial quotation to you.
Step 2. After you accept the initial quotation and plan, you can come to our showroom or we can come to your home to discuss the detailed plan, design, cost, and schedule. The modification will be made based on your interest, purpose, color, finish, and budget. Then we will offer a contract which lists all the information about the schedule, cost, and warranty. Then you will sign the contract after reading it and agree to it. After that, you will pay the initial deposit.
Step 3. Our experienced tradespersons will come to your home to manage the installation and renovation from the start till end. After the renovation is done, you will check the renovation project and we will make sure you are 100% satisfied. After that, you will pay the remaining cost. All the warranty and quality guarantee policy are explained in the contract. We will happy to offer repair services according to the contract if any faults happened.
